1-2-1 Personalized Coaching Plans

We offer dedicated one-on-one coaching plans for either 6 or 12 months, designed specifically for business owners who want to:

• Assess: Understand your business’s financials, key performance metrics, and overall health.
• Calibrate: Define what growth means for your business, identify where you want to be, and establish a clear timeline for achieving your goals.
• Execute: Develop a simple, actionable roadmap to achieve your objectives and overcome challenges.
• Repeat: Benefit from continuous guidance, accountability, and encouragement throughout the process. As needed, the process is repeated and adjust through the entire time we work together.

How do our coaching plans work?

1. Discovery Call: The journey begins with a 90-minute discovery call—our free gift to you. This session allows us to:
• Understand your current situation and challenges.
• Explore your goals and aspirations for your business.
• Determine if we’re the right fit for each other.
2. Personalized Plan: Once we agree to work together, we develop a customized plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. We begin implementing the plan immediately so you can start seeing results.


3. Bi-Weekly Progress Calls: Regular check-ins every two weeks help us:
• Track your progress.
• Address any new challenges.
• Agree on the next steps and actions to keep momentum going.
