1. Introduction / Acceptance of Terms
- These T&Cs govern the use of your website and services.
- By accessing or using your website and services, the user agrees to be bound by these T&Cs.
- We reserve the right to update or modify the T&Cs at any time, with continued use constituting acceptance of the new terms.
2. Definitions
The following terms are used in this terms and conditions:
- Website – Refers to this website and all material contained in it.
- Service – Refers to any services provided in exchange for a fee
- Coach – Refers to the member of our team providing the services.
- Client – Refers to the person or entity paying for the services.
- User – Refers to anyone using the website or our services.
- You – Refers to you as the user of the site or services.
- We – Refers to any of our staff and team members providing the services or carrying out any administrative tasks.
- Our – Refers to all items belonging to us.
3. Services Offered
- We provide a number of business coaching services including and not limited to, group coaching, one-to-one coaching, workshops, etc.
- The coaching services are provided to the client within the scope of the laws and regulations.
- Coaching provides guidance and support, but does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or financial success. Client success depends on their own efforts and actions.
4. Client Responsibilities
- It is the client’s responsibility to actively participate in the coaching sessions.
- The client must be honest and provide accurate information.
- It is the client’s responsibility to implement the strategies and advice provided.
- Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- It is the clients responsibility to attend the agreed sessions on time and carry out the agreed actions.
5. Fees, Payments and Refunds
- A setup and administration fee of £299 + VAT applies to all plans.
- Monthly fees are agreed upon as part of your personalized plan.
- All prices are subject to the standard VAT rate of 20%.
- Payments must be received in advance at the start of each month.
- Any delays in payment will incur an additional administration charge of £25 + VAT.
- We offer a full refund within fifteen days of the agreement, and prior to start of any coaching sessions or services. No refunds are provided for services already rendered.
6. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Coaching sessions are planned in advance usually at two-week intervals, at the same time, unless otherwise agreed.
- If the client is unable to attend a session, it must be re-scheduled at least 24 hours prior to the planned session. Otherwise the session is charged to the client.
- Cancelling sessions must be done at least 24 hours prior to the planned session. No show sessions are considered as charged sessions.
7. Confidentiality
- The content of the coaching sessions and the information provided by the client are kept confidential.
- The confidentiality does not apply in case of any illegal activity, risk of harm to self or others, or a court order.
- For group coaching sessions, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Should there be any concern, it is the clients responsibility to make the coach aware of the situation prior to the session.
8. Personalised Coaching Plans
Our coaching plans are tailored to your needs and are available in durations of 6 or 12 months.
9. Regular Payment Plan
By signing up, you agree to a regular payment plan for the duration of the coaching period. However, if you are not satisfied with the progress, you have the right to cancel the plan once you are halfway through the agreed term without any penalty.
10. Termination
- If you wish to terminate your plan midway, you must notify us in writing, and any outstanding fees will be reconciled as per the agreed terms.
- We reserve the right to terminate the coaching agreement immediately in case of non-payment, breach of T&Cs, non-compliance, unethical behaviour.
- One termination of services, any outstanding payments must be made for services already received and pro rota duration of agreement.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- We are committed to providing the highest quality coaching services; however, the results depend on your engagement and efforts. We are not liable for any business outcomes resulting from our coaching.
- Coaching is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Clients should consult with appropriate professionals for these matters.
- The website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, etc.) arising from the use or inability to use your website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
